Introductions Program Terms

Effective [date]

These terms apply when you introduce a buyer through this site.

How you earn

Each piece lists a payout amount. You earn that amount only if the buyer you registered purchases that piece and the sale is completed and paid in full.

First to register

A buyer must be new to me. The first person to register a buyer gets credit. One payout per sale. I decide credit in good faith if there is a dispute.

Permission

Only submit someone’s details if they have agreed to be contacted. Do not misrepresent me, the products, or prices to anyone.

Payment

You are paid after the sale is complete, plus a 10-day period for funds to clear. My team or I will reach out to set up your payout. Before payment you must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (U.S.). You are responsible for your own taxes.

Returns and cancellations

If a sale is returned, cancelled, or charged back, no payout is owed, and any payout already made may be offset against future payouts.

Relationship

You are an independent referrer, not an employee, agent, or partner. You cannot make promises or accept payment on my behalf. Licensed professionals are responsible for any rules in their own field about referral payments.

Changes

Payout amounts are set per piece and can change at any time. The amount shown when you register a buyer applies to that introduction. I may end the program or remove a participant at any time.
